Famous Senegalese actress Marieme Sey has divorced her Sweden-based Gambian husband less than 3 months after getting hitched on August 22.

A source close to her former husband confirmed the divorce, telling What's On-Gambia: " After receiving 10million CFA as meye bu njeka, she wanted more money."

According to the source, who begged for anonymity, the marriage was never consummated.

"She's a gold digger. Heard she was always asking for money. She's like that. Do you know that she was the late Rock Mbalax Demba Dia's ex-wife?."

The divorce is Marieme's third. She is famous for switching her romantic allegiance from one man to another.
