TAP Air Portugal, the flag carrier airline of Portugal, will start flights between Europe and The Gambia in October 2019.
According to reports reaching What’s On-Gambia, TAP will operate three flights per week from Lisbon to the Banjul International Airport.
The first aircraft on the route is expected to touch down on the 27th October at 00:10 on Sunday with passengers from different parts of Europe.
Headquartered at the Lisbon Airport, TAP has been a member of the Star Alliance since 2005 and operates on average 2,500 flights a week to 87 destinations in 34 countries worldwide.
