Balla Gaye II has hit back at What’s On-Gambia after he was called ‘haley bou reew’ in a recent Facebook post.

The champion wrestler, notorious for talking rubbish, defended himself by insisting he is one of the most polite wrestlers in the arena.

Read below Balla’s letter to our editor – sent via his fans club in The Gambia:

Yen louhew?  My English no good. Je parle un petit peu le anglais. I am very angry with you newspaper. Je ne suis pas impoli. Me and Eumeu good brothers. Today Eumeu win, tomorrow may be Balla.

I love Gambia. Mon ex-femme est gambienne. Hellen is good woman and me still love her. Me from Casamance and some relatives in Gambia. Please stop saying Balla don’t love Gambia.

Me coming to your country soon. Je adore la Gambie. Je respecte votre president. I want all Gambia to know. Me and Hellen have no problem. Hellen est mon grand supporteur. Hellen sister called me telephone after combat. She said me am her JATA.

Me a polite wrestler. Me respect everyone. Arretez les mensonges.
