Kombo Beach Hotel has been awarded Best Hotel of the Year 2015 by the famous Dutch tour operator, Corendon.

The hotel, which provides employment to hundreds of Gambians, is one of the most famous hotels among tourists visiting The Gambia.

“Thank you to all our guests and we are really proud as Kombo Beach family to be given this award,” they wrote on their Facebook page.

One of their British customers, Kate Wright-Sydenham commented: “Very well deserved. Staff works so hard.”

Every year, Corendon, which has its main office in Holland, distinguishes the best accommodations in the world with the intent to increase inventiveness and professionalism in the hotel industry.

Kombo Beach Hotel was selected for the prestigious award based on all customer reviews and ratings that were issued in 2015.
