Sex tourism is a booming trade in The Gambia. Old white men and women supposedly fall in love and marry young Gambians only to part ways shortly afterwards.
Unsurprisingly, when Dutch sugar daddy, Geert Ruesink married former radio presenter, Agi Yassin Ndow in January, there were criticisms. This cannot be love - Geert is old for Agi Yassin.
But they could be wrong. For Geert and Agi Yassin, love can conquer age and colour barriers.
The couple wouldn’t be out-talked. Geert seems to be “sick and tired” with naysayers constantly attacking her wife and ridiculing their marriage.
“Let nobody stress you in your life and keep calm,” he advised her wife.
She responded: “Thanks so much sweetheart. I love you so much, we are happy together.”
According to a source, the Dutch sugar daddy met Agi Yassin during one of his visits in The Gambia. After a brief a whirlwind romance, they decided to walk down the aisle.
In a recent Facebook post celebrating her husband’s birthday, the former radio presenter insisted that her love for Geert is true.
She wrote: “Loving you so much, let the enemies keep their mouth shut is real love working on.”
