FBNBank  Gambia has  once again  delivered on  its  promise  to  provide  easy and  convenient  banking experience for customers with the newly deployed Automated Teller Machines  that can be used across the  country.

The  ATMs  provide  customers  with  extensive  self-service  options  beyond  branch  service networks without the hassle of entering banking halls. This  new  service  will  enable  customers  to  view  and  monitor  their  accounts  via  ATMs  while  other  ATM services  are  being  updated. 

Customers  can  now  enjoy  this  new  service  by  simply  walking  into  any FBNbank  Branch  across  the  country  to  request  for  a  personalized  FBNBank  ATM  cards  which  will  be issued immediately.

The ATM cards can be used on any ATM across the country and allows customers a higher daily withdraw limit up to D30,000  and D3,000 single transaction limit.

In the same vein, the bank also launched a new online banking service that allows customers to manage their accounts from the comforts of their homes or offices.
