She got married to him after a whirlwind romance of just three months.

But famous Gambian YouTuber, Ida said she is happily married and plans to spend the rest of her life with her bushy- bearded husband.

In a video posted on their YouTube channel, where they have more than 48,000 subscribers, the Gambian-Swede disclosed that her husband was her former work colleague.

“As soon as I saw him there was a crush. And as I got talking to him that crush built up more,” she said.

The couple got married in March 2015 in a simple, traditional Gambian wedding ceremony witnessed by their friends and families.

Ida revealed: “He had to go through the whole African process of asking for marriage and paying the dowry.”

However, she didn’t disclose how much her husband was asked to pay as dowry.

They are one of the many interracial couples on YouTube.
