He’s a National Assembly Member (NAM) who is making waves with his style sense and his willingness to keep pushing the boundaries of Senegambian fashion.

Sainey Touray is widely believed to be the best dressed parliamentarian who got more style than Senegal’s Djiby Drammeh.

“He puts on very expensive kaftans. Everyone at the National Assembly knows him for that,” said a source.

Sainey, a former teacher and member of the United Democratic Party (UDP), joined active politics shortly before the presidential election that ousted former President Jammeh.

He is the NAM for Jarra East – a constituency with more than 4,000 voters. What’s On-Gambia was unable to confirm whether Sainey is married with children as of the time of going to press.
