A water crisis has struck Gambia Senior Secondary School, one of the oldest institutions in Banjul.
A teacher revealed, "We are forced to leave the toilets unflushed because there is no water. There was even a day when we had to end the afternoon shift at 5 PM due to the lack of water."
He added, "How can we effectively teach under such conditions? We are truly struggling, especially with over 3,500 students."
The teacher appealed to What's On-Gambia for assistance in securing a borehole to alleviate the situation.
