Final preparations are underway for Fatou Ndeneh's Hewwi Kerr, the daughter of Ndeneh Faal, with hundreds of family members and friends expected to attend the event tonight, January 15.

Senegalese mbalax star Pape Diouf and his band have arrived in the country to perform for Fatou and her husband, Sheikh Sillah, at Dream Maker in Senegambia.

"Pape has been a close friend of the Faal family for a long time, so it's no surprise that he's performing at the Hewwi Kerr," a source revealed.

According to the source, there is a possibility that Gambian artists might also perform, but the Senegalese mbalax legend will be the main attraction of the evening.

Fatou is the first daughter of Ndeneh and Jatou. She is described as polite, friendly, and hardworking. Her husband, originally from Sukuta, currently resides in France.
