The UK-based leading tour operator, The Gambia Experience, has entered a new partnership with Titan Airlines for the 2015-2016 tourist season.
Speaking to What’s On-Gambia, David Williams, Head of Marketing at The Gambia Experience office in England, confirmed the new partnership with the award-winning British charter airline based at London Stansted Airport.
“Titan Airways is our partner for winter 2015-16. Titan enjoys an excellent reputation for both service and reliability and one of our sister companies (Corsican Places) have enjoyed a very successful working relationship with Titan for the last 6 years,” said David.
According to him, Monarch Airlines, known for offering cheap fares to Banjul, is no longer working with UK tour operators to provide charter flights.
When asked about the coming tourist season, which begins in October, The Gambia Experience’s Head of Marketing said: “The tourist season is looking bright and promising. After a very challenging season in winter 2014-15, we have found many previous customers are rebooking holidays with us to The Gambia.”
He added: “We are planning several marketing campaigns to continue to promote The Gambia; we will also be working closely with The Gambia Tourism Board on joint marketing initiatives.”
The Gambia Experience has been providing holidays to The Gambia for more than two decades. Their main office is located in England.
