After receiving an outpouring of love and respect from Gambians for his commitment to ethical and diligent service, Malang Camara has been promoted to the rank of corporal by the Inspector General of Police.
Camara, who joined the Gambia Police Force in 2012 shortly after completing his senior secondary education at Mingdaw Senior Secondary School in Farato, is widely believed to be West Coast Region’s favourite young police officer.
Speaking to What’s On-Gambia, Police PRO, Superintendant David Kujabi said Camara’s promotion to corporal is a “well-deserved recognition of professional and selfless service to the people.”
Congratulations, Malang Camara!
