Mia Guisse’s colorful music video for his single ”Lonkotina” amassed over 7 million views in less than one month on YouTube.
In a recent interview with Seneweb, the Senegalese star revealed that the ”Lonkotina” video cost a whopping D2 million to produce, making it one of the most expensive music videos in Senegambian history.
According to Mia, she is preparing to drop a new album in 2024.
“The album is coming out on April 4, on our Independence Day. It will be a masterpiece,” she said.
Mia is now among Senegal’s leading female musicians after launching her solo career last year.
