Fatou Touray is on to bigger and better things following her return from exile in the USA.
The TV star, who started her career shortly after completing high school, is beginning to reveal details of her new television venture.
The Wahtaan Keur Fatou Show will premiere on the 20th July, 2017. The show is reported to be part of a production deal between the country’s national broadcaster and Fatou’s communication agency, Kora Group.
In an interview with What’s On-Gambia, Fatou said: “I am the main host of the show and my co-hosts are Oley Faal and Nyang Njie. Wahtaan Keur Fatou is set to shine a light on different issues affecting our country.”
She added: “We will have interesting discussions with very resourceful guests. I want to thank GRTS’ Ebrima Sillah and his team for opening their doors to us.”
Excited to see the new show, fans took to Facebook to share their thoughts.

Wahtaan Keur Fatou is likely to become the first major talk show on GRTS since the arrival of President Adama Barrow.
