In January, The Gambia is going to have a new government that will run the affairs of the country for a period of three years.

According to information reaching What’s On-Gambia, president-elect Barrow’s team has already started coming up with possible candidates for ministerial jobs.

Halifa Sallah

A former minister in the Jammeh cabinet, Fatoumatta was among the coordinators of the convention that led to the creation of the coalition.

A former Accountant General, currently servingtime for sedition. Amadou was UDP’s national treasurer.

Leader of the opposition GMC, Mai is the politician with the most following on social media.

Dr. Isatou Touray

She is right now the most famous Gambian woman in politics.

OJ Jallow

A former minister in the PPP regime, OJ desperately wants a comeback.

Hamat Bah

He is the leader of the opposition NRP. Hamat was once a National Assembly Member for his constituency.

Amie Bojang Sisshore

A former broadcaster, Amie played a huge role in Barrow’s campaign for the presidency.

Jainaba Bah

She’s one of the most prominent UDP members in the Diaspora.
