A young man currently based in Germany has allegedly threatened to share explicit photos of his ex-girlfriend on social media.

According to messages he sent to the woman, he even claimed he would pay media platforms like What's On-Gambia to help him carry out his threats.

The young woman, who recently embraced the hijab, pleaded with him not to release the images, but he continued to threaten her.

The former couple first connected on Instagram before entering a relationship. But  the woman later decided to end things and focus on her personal growth, adopting the hijab as part of her commitment to a more modest lifestyle.

When What's On-Gambia reached out to the man for comment on his actions, he declined to respond.

Sharing explicit images without consent is a serious crime, and if he proceeds with his threats, he could face severe legal consequences.
